Believe
  The fundraiser is less than six weeks away.  We all need to get busy and support our school.  You can purchase your sponsorship or tickets by check, cash, MasterCard or Visa.

Believe Sponsors
  As of today, we have only 6 sponsors.  The following families have bought their Sponsorships: Family Sponsorships: The O'Keefe Family & The Ellis Family
Bronze Sponsorships: The Polland Family
Silver Sponsorship: The Wilson Family
Patron Sponsorship: The Daniel Family
Benefactor Sponsorship:  Irvine Family/Irvine Mechanical

We need everyone to participate in this fundraiser.  Please help us help your children!

Believe Silent Auction Items
  We have received only 17 silent auction items.  We typically have 200 items for the fundraiser.  If you have an item, please fill out the green form and turn it in with the item as soon as possible. 

Raffle Tickets
  Many of you have turned in your $50.00 for the raffle tickets.  If you need more, please contact the office.  If you have not yet sold yours, please do so. 

Parent Meeting
  The next parent meeting is Tuesday, February 5th, at 7:00PM at CRJ.  Please call the office to schedule your childcare.  We will have a table setup for you to purchase your sponsorships and tickets.

Special Session Board Meeting
  We will have a "Special Session" meeting on Tuesday, February 12th at 11:00AM to discuss the renovations on the Middle School/High School building.

Staff Appreciation Luncheon
  If your classroom is responsible for the staff luncheon, please remember the date is Thursday, February 14th.

Volunteers for "Believe"
  We need more volunteers for the fundraiser in the following areas; Greeters, Silent Auction Registration, Bid Sheet Collection, Item Distribution and Clean Up.  If you are available to help that evening, please contact Beverly to sign up.

Gala Volunteer Meeting
  If you have volunteered to help the night of the Gala, we are having a short meeting on Friday, February 29th at 12:00 at PHCS.  This will give you an overview of what to expect the night of the event and train you on what your "job" for the night is.

Clothes  We have student clothes in the office.  If you are missing items, please check with us.  Be sure to label your child's clothing.
