PAC Meeting

The next PAC meeting is scheduled for Friday, March 13, 2009 at 8:30AM at the MSHS.

2009-2010 Registration

We will be sending home registration forms for next school year.  If your child is coming back, please complete the form and return it by March 20th.  If your child is NOT coming back, please put your child's name on the form and check the appropriate box and return the form to the office.  We will be accepting outside applications the following week for any openings.

MSHS Coffee Fundraiser

Is coffee your first thought in the morning?  Well, now is your chance to purchase premium coffees and support the middle and high school students at PHCS.  The MSHS students will be selling Javamo Coffee to raise money for their high school Formal Dance and the middle school field trip.  If you are interested in purchasing coffee, contact Roger Watkins rwatkins@princeton-house.org

ESY

We will begin determining the need for ESY services for your child.  The criteria this year is much more stringent due to budget cuts.  If your child is meeting his/her goals and progressing, he/she will not be recommended for ESY.  This is only for students who have made little progress this year and need additional time.  ESY will be the week of June 8th and June 15th from 9:00AM until 11:00AM Monday through Friday.  Bussing will not be provided to Lake County students due to their budget cuts.  For some students, ESY will be work packets that will be sent home for the child to work on over the summer.  We will be contacting you to set up a meeting.

Board of Director's Meeting

The next meeting will be held on Thursday, March 12th at 11:00AM in the conference room at the main campus.  Board Meetings are open to the public.

Spring Break

There is no school for students on Friday, March 27th and the week of March 30th through April 3rd.  We hope you have a great Spring Break!

Raffle Tickets

Please keep selling your raffle tickets.  Some parents have sold their 25 plus a lot more!  Way to go!  This is a very easy way to help raise money for Princeton House.

Silent Auction Items

We are off to a good start.  We currently have 28 items.  Please turn in your silent auction items along with the green form to Beverly.

Sponsorships/Ticket Sales

Please send out your letters for sponsors and ticket sales.  If you add a picture of your child to a personalized letter you would be amazed how much that helps.  We need as many sponsors and tickets sales as possible.

Donate your old Eye Glasses

PHCS has partnered with See America to collect unwanted and gently used eye glasses.  See America refurbishes glasses and donates them to local schools and impoverished countries.  Please collect your old glasses and turn them in to your teacher.  This is a wonderful opportunity for our students to be a part of a great outreach program.

Galaxy Summer Camp

Applications for summer camp have been sent home, please complete them and turn in your $25.00 deposit by March 26th if you are interested in attending.

X Games

Looking ahead, we have our X Games on Thursday, March 26th.  This is a great opportunity to get your volunteer hours.

Family Pictures

Carol is still looking for pictures of your child with his family engaged in an activity for our gala, examples, Disney, Sea World, Universal, beach, church on a picnic, etc.  These will be used for the gala video presentation.   Please e-mail them to Carol at ctucker@princeton-house.org or give her a CD or actual pictures that we can scan.
