Ticket Sales & Sponsorships Due:
  All ticket and sponsorships should be purchased by next Friday, May 1st.  Please turn everything in as soon as possible.

Silent Auction Items
  We are very excited!  We currently have 150 silent auction items!  There will be some awesome deals on the silent auction table.  Friday is the deadline for turning in your silent auction items. 

Raffle Tickets
  You have up until the morning of the Gala to turn in your raffle tickets and money.  If you have any left over tickets you were unable to sell, please send them back to the office as soon as possible so someone else can try to sell them.  If you need more to sell, please contact Beverly.

Families Participating
  As of today, we have 14 families who have purchased tickets.  We have only 26 families who have purchased Sponsorships.  Okay, procrastinators, time to get moving.  Lets all be proactive this last week and get as many people motivated and involved as possible.

Additional Performers
  We will have additional singers at the Gala.  As you are aware, Karen Taylor-Good will be our featured artist.  Victor Crowl is also performing for us.  We have added Jonathan McEuen to the mix.  Unfortunately Harold Payne is not able to attend.  These singer/song writers are awesome!  The music will be lively and exciting!  If you want more information regarding these artists, you can visit the Harmonizing with Humanity website www.harmonizingwithhumanity.com for more information.

DJ
  We will still be having our DJ for the event.  He will be playing Latin dance music and many songs for dancing!
 

Car Wash
  Don't forget our Car Wash on Saturday, May 2nd from 11:00AM to 4:00PM at Princeton House.  Our staff is trying to help raise money for the school. 

Photos For Carol
  If you haven't given Carol photographs of your child with family members, the time is running out.  All photos need to be turned in by Friday, May 1st.  Carol will be working on the video presentation for the Gala and needs everything submitted. 

"The Life That's Chosen Me"
  We still have CD's available for purchase.  Many of you have purchased your copy.  E-mail us and tell us what you think of the music.  We ask parents every day what they think.  The responses are so positive.  It is amazing that the power of music can really move us.  Please send an e-mail to friends and family reminding them of the "Nimbit" on our website to purchase the CD.  Contact Beverly if you have any questions.

Harmonizing with Humanity
  Randy Grossman is still looking for a few people to volunteer to help him on his website.  You can use the hours you donate to him as Princeton House volunteer hours.  Please e-mail Randy at randy@harmonizingwithhumanity.com

Board of Directors Meeting
  There will be a meeting on Thursday, April 30th at 11:00AM in the conference room at the main campus.   Everyone is invited to attend.

Fundraising Volunteer Meeting
  If you are volunteering the night of the Gala, we are having a training on Friday, May 8th at 1:00PM at the main campus.  Please make every effort to attend this meeting.  You will learn or review the job you will be doing.  It is much easier to do the training prior to the night of the event as that night will be very hectic.  Contact Andrea if you are NOT able to attend alonergan@princeton-house.org or call 407-523-7121.
