Thank You From Our Staff
  A special thank you to our parents who made staff appreciation week special.  The luncheon, the car washes, the food, flowers etc. were awesome!  You parents rock!

Staff Car Wash
  The car wash this past Saturday was a huge success!  We raised $1000.00.  You know our staff is dedicated when Jennifer Galendez was sick from food poisoning but was still here in the hot sun working all day.  We also want to thank the parents who volunteered their time and donated items for the bake sale!  Thank you so much!

Volunteer Hours
  We will have a lot of parents who need to start or complete their volunteer hours for this year.  Please remember that this is part of your contract with our school.  We still have a lot of options for your time, such as, gala, water day, and helping in the classroom.  If all else fails, you can also do a monetary donation to PHCS.

Families Participating
  We have 31 families who have purchased tickets and 45 families who have purchased sponsorships!  Way to go.  We have grossed $86,000.00 as of today.  We have over 550 tickets out. 
  Please make sure you get inside the ballroom as soon as the doors open to get your seats.   The only reserved seats are for people who have purchased sponsorships that are $2500.00 or more.

Gala Ticket purchase & Silent Auction turn in
  We have extended the date to purchase tickets and turn in your silent auction items until tomorrow, Tuesday.  Please have everything turned in to the office by 5:30PM. 

  Fundraising Volunteer Meeting
  If you are volunteering the night of the Gala, we are having a training on Friday, May 8th at 1:00PM at the main campus.  Please make every effort to attend this meeting.  You will learn or review the job you will be doing.  It is much easier to do the training prior to the night of the event as that night will be very hectic.  Contact Andrea if you are NOT able to attend alonergan@princeton-house.org or call 407-523-7121.

Silent Auction Items
  We have 226 silent auction items!  Some are still coming in.  We will be combining items together.  Thank you to everyone who has worked so hard getting items.  There will be some awesome deals to be made!

Raffle Tickets
  If you were unable to sell your 25 raffle tickets, please send them back to the office.  We will be selling them the night of the Gala.

Gaylord Parking
  Please remember that you are going to the Gaylord Palms Convention Center.  If you valet park, $20.00 you have a long way to walk.  If you self park, $12.00 it is a lot closer.
