Its That Time of Year Again, Its Gala Season

This is the time of the year we need 100% parent assistance and involvement.  Start thinking about the date, Saturday, March 20th at Grand Cypress.  Get your tickets now.  Get your babysitters lined up.  We want everyone there.  We know it is hard times for many of you but it is time to support your school and the many things we are doing over and beyond what you would find in public schools.  That is only because of events like this.

Gala Tickets/Sponsorships

Fundraiser packets went home last week.  Its time to get excited and send out your "Dear Friends" and "Fast Facts" letters.  If you do not use all of your "formal" invitations, please send them back to the office and we can use them for other families.  Remember, you may purchase your sponsorships and tickets on our website.  Contact Beverly if you have any questions.

Silent Auction Items

We currently have 25 silent auction items.  Our committee is working very hard!  They need your help too.

We need volunteers this Friday

We are having 100 yards of mulch delivered Friday morning for our new Pre School playground.  We will have a bobcat to move most of the mulch around but we need people with wheelbarrows, shovels and rakes to come help us spread it.  If you are available, please show up around 8:30AM ready to work.  Dads, this is a great way to help with your volunteer hours.

Lost & Found

The elementary campus has many jackets, sweaters, etc. in a box in the front office.  If you are missing any of your childrens' clothing, please stop by the office and go through the box.

Scrapbook Event

This Saturday is our second annual scrapbook event!  We have almost 30 parents and/or friends registered to attend!  This is a great event that raises extra money for our school.  You can still walk-in and have fun!
