Gala

The Gala is a little over one month away and we have had two families purchase their Sponsorships!  We really need your support!  Typically, one month before the big event we have more parental involvement.  I know most of you are procrastinators but we really need to get busy.   Please send in your sponsorships or ticket purchases right away.

Gala Packets

We are receiving donations from out of state so we know that you have been mailing out your letters and invitations.  Let's make this year a huge success!

Silent Auction Items

We have 60 silent auction items.  Please get your items turned in to Beverly as soon as possible.  All items must be new and should have a value of over $50.00.

Grand Cypress

Grand Cypress is offering anyone attending the Gala special room rates of $99.00 per night.  Please contact Grand Cypress and tell them you are with Princeton House if you wish to spend the night.  Remember, self parking for the event is free but there is a valet charge and an overnight charge.

Box Tops for Education

Please send in your Box Tops.  We need to mail them in by the end of the month.

Donations for Haiti

The Odyssey students were in the car line collecting change for families in Haiti.  They collected $295.00 and donated it to the Red Cross.

Galaxy Camp is back...
This summer our camp program will be provided for students who are 6 and older.  It will be a one month program starting June 28th.  More information will be sent home next week.

Thank You Parent Volunteers
We want to thank the parents and volunteers who helped come and spread mulch for our Pre-K playground.  The children are really enjoying it!  Mr. Noragon (a parent of two PHCS students) and Nemi Cruz (our Maintenance Man) worked very hard assembling the playground equipment.  This is a wonderful addition for our children.

Student of the Month
Congratulations to Cesar Aponte for being student of the month.  He is in Ms. Days class.  He has been at PHCS for 4 years.  Cesar is a very friendly, honest and independent young boy.  Every Sunday, he enjoys the service of children's church, where he participates in a biblical class.  In his free time, he enjoys playing the Wii, Nintendo DS and X Box.  He enjoys playing baseball, basketball and soccer.  His family and teachers are very proud of his acomplishments.

Scrapbook Event

The 2nd Annual Scrapbook Event was lots of fun!  The turnout was wonderful!  Money is still coming in but it looks like they raised over $1400.00.  Way to go!

Car Wash

Staff and parent volunteers will be holding their second annual car wash on Saturday, March 6th from 12:00PM to 3:00PM.  Volunteers are still needed to wash cars and bake goodies for the bake sale.  Please contact Jen Galindez at JennyI1206@yahoo.com if you want to help.
