Registration

If you want to have your child attend Princeton House Charter School, you need to fill out a Student Registration Form. We will review your form and let you know if your child meets our eligibility requirements. Your child will then be added to our waiting list.

There are three ways you can get the Student Registration form:

1. Click here to download the Student Registration form in Microsoft Word format. You will need Microsoft Word on your computer to open this file. You can fill out the form on your computer and save it, or you can print it and fill out the form by hand.
2. Click here to download the Student Registration form in Adobe Acrobat format. You need Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer to open this file. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat reader you can download it free from Adobe. Print out the form and fill it out by hand.
3. Call the school 407-523-7121 and we will mail or fax you the Student Registration form.

If you have filled out the Microsoft Word version of the Registration Form (option1 above), you can attach the file to an email and send it to info@princeton-house.org. If you use this option, you will not be able to sign your form. We will have you sign a paper copy of your form at a later stage.
